Those 3 titles maybe be great for a select audience, but they wouldn't have the same impact as Sony announcing Uncharted 4, God of War IV or even a PS4 version of Gran Turismo 6.

PS3 is my console of choice, but I still have a 360 to play the Gears of War trilogy and the Forza games.
Agreed. The PS3 has some huge exclusives still to come before the PS4 while the 360 doesn't seem to have any decent exclusives coming at all.
At least everyone will have GTA V to play before next gen, unless you only own a Nintendo console, then you miss out on another great multi-platform game.
Wii doesn't count. It's just a gimmicky kids toy which was barely more powerful than the GameCube.
Who cares how many people bought one. Even I bought one... which I admit was a complete waste of money.
People have learned from the mistake of buying a Wii which is why the Wii U is failing miserably.

I see Kinect pushing many Xbox gamers over to the PS4.
The vast majority of gamers that I've come across simply do not want Kinect in any form on their console.
